Experience
A weaver of movement, touch, and creative expression, blending her lifelong passions for yoga, massage, dance, and textiles into a deeply embodied practice. With over three decades of experience, she approaches each modality as a sacred thread in the tapestry of personal and collective transformation.
A dedicated student and teacher of yoga for 30 years, Rachael holds a BFA in Dance and Choreography from VCU and has trained in Ashtanga, Kripalu, Anusara, Bikram, and Kundalini traditions. Her classes are an invitation to move with gentle strength, to listen deeply, and to connect with the breath as a gateway to creativity and self-discovery.
